While visiting Portland, my friend JT and I made a pilgrimage to Voodoo Doughnuts.  Of course I’m mostly gluten free though, so only JT got a doughnut and here it is: a Maple Bacon Bar.  It looked pretty amazing and euphoric – I was pretty jealous as I drank my coffee from Caffe Vita.  He says it needed more bacon.
