After years of knowing about Skillet’s existence, I *finally* got to try a Skillet burger at the Armory in Seattle Center.  Of course, I got it without that tempting soft delicious bun and I got a salad instead of fries.  I know, I know, should have just bit the bullet and gone with bun and fries, but the image below is totally the version you should order.Did I mention that they put BACON SPREAD on their burgers??  Yeah.  Get on it.
