Happy December, everyone!  Can you believe that it’s already the end of the year?  HOLY CRAP.  This means that we’re full on into the holiday season, full of crazy gluttony and noms, right?  Right.

This also means that this blog is about a month old.  I tried to get a post up everyday in November, but now that we’re through that, my posting schedule is going to shift.  I’m not sure what that will be yet, but I don’t want to run through all my food porn and recipes too fast.  I will be posting at least three times a week though, so fret not folks.

And for getting through all that, here’s a food oddity for you.  Sometimes you make bacon and it resembles things, like sea life.  Anybody else see the fish and/or whale in this piece of bacon?
