Yeah, that’s a bacon mushroom omelet with a side of truffle fries. We stopped at the Farmhouse Eatery & Bar for brunch the other day and this is what I ended up with. OMG. It was so glorious, but I’m glad that we walked 5 miles that day. Check out that thick cut bacon though…
