So this one time when Arc was craving French Bread Pizza and the store was out because there was a sale, Snarfy and Arc had an idea…

Snarfy offered to actually make French Bread Pizza for him, but Arc wanted to one up it into Garlic Bread Pizza.  Of freaking course!  Arc is a genius!  Arc for president!  Arc for supreme leader of the universe!

Okay, maybe that’s a bit far, but seriously… Garlic Bread Pizza, ladies and gentlemen…

Garlic Bread Pizza

1 loaf french bread (or sourdough)
Butter
Garlic Powder and/or Garlic
Shredded Mozzarella
Pizza toppings of your choosing

Preheat your oven to something like 350 deg F.  Cut your bread in half lengthwise and butter the crap out of it.  Give it a fine dusting of garlic powder and throw some minced garlic on there for good measure if you really like it garlicky.  Get that garlic bread going in the oven while you prep your toppings.

Once your garlic bread is done, add the mozzarella and pizza toppings.  In this case, we just used pepperoni.

If you’re wondering what I ate for dinner that night, since I’m gluten free, I made a chicken caesar salad without the croutons.  But I was totally staring longingly at that garlic bread pizza.
