So I made these Mexican Chocolate Pots de Crème the other day for Mother’s Day and THEY ARE AMAZING!!! They’re also paleo (aka dairy free) and without all the added sugar and… just super duper good.
They’re so good I forgot to take a picture of the ones that I made before they made their way into our stomachs.
But here’s the recipe for safe keeping because I kind of have to sing about these from the highest mountain. They’re incredibly simple and a good dessert for company, even for those that “don’t get that paleo nonsense.” They’re also good for hogging all to yourself.
